| Start by creating a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool. |

| Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select warp. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown. |

| Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool. |
 |
| Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select warp. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown. Place it for the flap of the briefcase. |

| Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool. |
 |
| Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select warp. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown. |

| Create another ellipse using elliptical shape tool. |
 |
| Move the layer behind all the layers. Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select warp. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown. |

| Double click any layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown. |

| Apply the same layer style to all the layers. Create a couple of small rectangles using rectangular shape tool. |

| Create a rectangle horizontally using rectangular shape tool. |

| Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select warp. Select arc from the warp preset on the top bar. Apply settings as shown. |

| Create a rounded rectangle for the clip using rounded rectangle shape tool. |

| Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select distort. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown. |

| Create a white rectangle and place for the lock. |
 |
| Select and merge all the layers and scale down to the icon size. |
 |
| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown. |
