| Start by creating a white circle on a white background. |

Create a circular thin frame using custom shape tool. |

| Duplicate the layer and scale it down. Fill the layer with some different color. |

| Similarly create some duplicates, scale down and fill with different colors. |

| Select all these layers. From layer palette select new groups from layers. Name this group ringO01. |

| Duplicate this group and rename the group ringO02. Change the order of ring colors. |

| Now we have two sets of rings with slight difference. |

| Duplicate the first set five times and place it in a line. |

| Duplicate the second set five times and place it to fill the gaps. |

| Create a green rectangle using rectangular tool. This will serve as a main button bar. |

| Apply the layer style as shown. |

| Create another rectangle below the first rectangle.with a light green color. This will be a place holder for the punch line. |

| Create a rectangular strip at the bottom for additional buttons. |

| Place a nice cartoon at the left . |

| Insert company logo. |

| Add button names and punch line on their respective bars. |

Very adorable. I can’t even get past the 2nd step though:(
I’m new at photoshop. Can you elaborate? I got the circle. Do I need to make selection because when I drew the inner(or outter) circle, the previous one disappeared?
