Start by creating a circular shape using elliptical shape tool. |

| Create another small circle using elliptical shape tool. |

| Duplicate and place on the other side. |
 |
| Select and merge these three layers. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown. |

| Enable lock transparent pixels from layer palette. Fill it with white color. |
 |
| Create two small black circles for the eyes. |
 |
| Select raindrop shape using custom shape tool. |
 |
| Draw this shape for the nose. |
 |
| Using pen tool create lips of the snowman. |
 |
| Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool. |
 |
| Enable subtract form shape area form the top bar. |
 |
| Create another ellipse using elliptical shape tool. |
 |
| Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select warp. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown. |

| Apply stroke layer style. |
 |
| Using pen tool create top portion of the cap. |
 |
| Create a circle for using elliptical shape tool. |
 |
| Similarly create muffler of the snowman. |
 |
 |
| Using pen tool hang the rest of the muffler downwards. |
 |
| Create a circle using elliptical shape tool. Move the circle layer behind the muffler layer. |
 |
| Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool. |
 |
| Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select warp. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown. |

| Duplicate the layer. Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select flip horizontal. Merge both the layers. |

| Apply stroke layer style. |
 |
| Create arm of the snowman using a rounded rectangle. Distort a bit. |
 |
| Duplicate, flip horizontal and place for the other arm. |
 |
| Create a big ellipse for the lower half of the snowman. Distort a bit. |
 |
| Add details to the coat by drawing two rounded rectangle at the end of the arms. |
 |
| Create a circle using elliptical shape tool. Place it for the cheek. |
 |
| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown. |
 |

| Select and merge all layers. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown. |
 |
 |
| Apply a nice gradient to the background. |
