| Start by creating a circle frame using custom shape tool. |

| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown. |

| Create a thin circle frame using custom shape tool. over the inner circle. |
 |
| Create a circle using elliptical shape tool. |
 |
| Create wheel spike using pen tool. |
 |
| Duplicate the layer. Press Ctrl+T. Drag the anchor point of the spike to the center of the yellow circle using move tool. |
 |
| Rotate the spike 60°. |
 |
| Press Ctrl+J and then shift +Ctrl+T 5 times. |
 |
| Merge all the spike layers. Duplicate, rotate and fill with a blue color. |
 |
| Duplicate all the wheel layers and move to create the other wheel. |
 |
| Draw chain cover using pen tool and add details. |
 |
 |
 |
| Create a couple of pipes using pen tool. |
|
| Using rounded rectangle tool draw the pedal. Add details using rectangle and ellipse tool. |
 |
 |
| Create a couple of pipes using pen tool and place on the front of bicycle. |
 |
 |
| Draw two small circles and place one for the pedal and the other at the cross section of front pipe and wheel center. |
 |
| Create a rectangle and rotate it to create the base of the handle. |
 |
| Using pen tool create handle shape. |
 |
 |
| Add details to the handles. |
 |
| Draw two hand grips using rounded rectangles. |
 |
| Create a pipe using rectangular shape tool and rotate as shown. We are going to place the seat on this pipe. |
 |
| Using pen tool draw a seat and fill with a bright color. |
 |
 |
| Apply a nice gradient to the background. |
