| Create a circle using elliptical shape tool. |

| Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool. |

| Enable “add to shape area” at the top bar. |

| Draw two small circles and a rectangle on this ellipse as shown in the image below. |

| This will create a chef’s cap. |
 |
| Rotate and place as shown. |
 |
| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown. |
 |
| Fill the cap with white color. |
 |
| Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool. |
 |
| Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Warp. From custom warp shapes select Bulge. |
 |

| Scale down vertically and rotate and place as shown. This will serve as arms of the chef. |

| Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool. |
 |
| Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Warp. From custom warp shapes select Arc Lower. |
 |

| Rotate and place as shown in the image below. |

| Create a vertical rectangle for leg using rectangular shape tool. |
 |
| Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select perspective. Adjust the nodes as shown. |

| Duplicate the shape. Rotate and place as shown. |

| Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangular shape tool. We used a corner radius setting of 20 points. |

| Duplicate, rotate and place to create feet of chef. |
 |
| Create a circle using elliptical shape tool. Place it for hand. |
 |
| To create a serving spoon in chef’s hand, create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool. |
 |
| Create a thin rectangle using rectangular shape tool. |
 |
| Using direct selection tool select the serving spoon and rotate a bit. |
 |
| Create another circle using elliptical shape tool and place it for the other hand. |
 |

Enable “subtract from shape area” at the top bar and draw a rectangle to create a semi circle.

| Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangular shape tool and place it over the semicircular hand. |
 |
| Create another semicircle similarly and place it for the dish. |
 |
 |
| Create an appren of the chef using pen tool. Fill with white color. |
 |
 |

| Create a tiny circlefor eye. |
 |
| Create lips using pen tool. |
 |
