| Start by creating a leaf shape using pen tool. |

| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown. |

| Ctrl+Click the layer thumbnail to get the selection. |

| From edit menu select >>define brush preset. |

| Name the brush "leaf". |

| Create a new layer. Select brush tool and press F5 to open brush settings. Select leaf form the custom brush presets. |

| Apply settings as shown. |

| Select foreground and background colors as shown in the image below. |

| Apply the brush in a square style to create a frame. |

| Similarly select the other colors and create another frame as shown. |

| Change the layer mode of green leaves layer to luminosity. |

| Duplicate the layer. Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select perspective. Adjust nodes to get a perspective shadow. Reduce the opacity to 30%. |

| Insert a flower cutout and place as shown in the image below. |

| Duplicate flower layer twice. Scale down and place as shown. |

| Insert the image you want to place inside the frame. |

| Move this layer below all the layers in layer palette in layer order. |

| Similarly duplicate all the photo frames and scale down to create a small photo frame. |

Design a photo frame that has leaves around the border of the frame that you can use for multiple type of web graphics….
